It HASN'T!!!
No this hasn't been resolved! These idiots really are just what I stated, idiots. But it's ok because my attorneys will handle the rest from here!
The night after renting the car I was pulled on my way to work and issued 3 citations for the ILLEGAL car, I also didn't get to proceed to work that night after being ordered to park the car immediately, I lost my client for good because of that nights no-show, and eventually received criminal charges due to their screw ups! After speaking to manager at local office, I assumed everything would be taken care of by ENTERPRISE, for my upcoming court dates. I was promised they would pay the fines, go with me to magistrate and have my name removed because it wasn't my vehicle, give my deposit back, give me a weeks free LEGAL car, and take responsibility for their screw ups! Well needless to say, I didn't get the weeks free rental, they also charged me for the 2 days I initially reserved with points to get those 2 days free, they told me they would go to court and they would work with me until these issues were resolved, and they would reimburse me for my lost wages...
NOT ONE of those things happened! Not only did I lose that nights wages, and eventually that client, I incurred 3 criminal traffic charges on my record, ENTERPRISE did not go to court!! And then someone from the "NEW" management team at that same office, ILLEGALLY went under my name for that county and paid the fine 5 months later!!! Which is ILLEGAL for them to act as though they were me paying the fine!
Which also applies ADMISSION OF GUILT on my behalf!! I was in training to work for and had the job, working for the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE!!! Which I also lost due to charges on my driving record!!! I WILL AND I PROMISE THAT IF IT TAKES ME TO MY DEATH BED, ENTERPRISE WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
I AM SEEKING HELP IN THIS MATTER AS WE SPEAK AND I AM DISGUSTED BY ENTERPRISE, THEIR SO CALLED COMPASSION FOR CUSTOMERS, AND THEIR ABILITY TO ILLEGALLY COST SOMEONE ELSES RIGHT TO WORK AND THEIR LIVELIHOOD!!! HOW DARE YOU ENTERPRISE!!!

I had a rental through my insurance company while some damages were being repaired to my vehicle. While in the rental the vehicle was totaled by no fault of my own.
She was cited and her insurance admitted fault immediately. Enterprise added the $500 for my deductible almost a month later after it had been pending and then removed. They were aware of the accident immediately, I had gotten them the police report showing liability, and had kept in contact with them throughout the entire process. A month after the accident when they added it back to my card I found out that Enterprise never called her insurance to verify liability, they simply charged me for it.
I have literally called them 11 times and have spent hours on the phone attempting to get this resolved. Last week the woman finally called and verified liability and promised me my money back.
I still do not have it back. Calling them does nothing.

I am a female and I was actually threatened via text at 8:27pm. I honestly fear for my safety, I could not believe what I was reading in this text.
Its as clear as day bring the car back or else threats. We are still in the middle of a pandemic, Babies cant get formula yet my car part is going to make here faster then baby food, yea right. There was zero understanding on these peoples part. Don't even get me started on the condition of the car :had to put oil in, change the battery on the fob, put windshield wiper fluid in, the interior was a MESS.
They deep clean after each person YEAAAA RIGHT. Ladies be very careful when dealing with these people
Best of luck to you all during these extremely hard times, Enterprise only cares about the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!

Verified ReviewerThere is still an outstanding issue, and no one will get back to us.
*Before I start the conversation below, I am using National as the complaint, but I understand that Enterprise is the parent company.
*My husband, who has a National Emerald car service, rented a car in Arizona and while there, a rock hit the windshield.
*Our insurance company took a very long time to pay the claim for the broken windshield.
*National or Enterprise sent it to their collections department and my husband got notified of this.
*He told them that he would call our insurance agent. Again, it took a long time to process the claim.
*He again was called by the collections department.
He again asked the insurance agent to pay the claim.
*Finally, he got notification from the insurance agent and a letter from the collections department saying that the claim had been paid.
*Two days before our trip to Puerto Rico, my husband tried to rent a car for another trip in May and was told that he had an outstanding claim, and he was blocked from car rental.
*He called customer service at National and was told that he was blocked by Collections. He said he had a letter and, by now, an email (I believe from the insurance company saying the claim had been paid) saying that he was freed from the claim. The Customer Service rep was not helpful at all and was really rather rude as she told him she could do nothing for him, and he would have to call the Collections Department on Monday morning. She said she was putting in a request for a manager to call him, but she said that the possibility that some manager would call was slim (it was on a Saturday).
The first disagreement: why didn't the customer service rep try to resolve the problem? They should be empowered to get rid of a block if the letter stating he didn't have an open claim could have been emailed to her by my husband. She did tell him that he would be blocked from our reservation in Puerto Rico, which was Sunday. Therefore, he would NOT have known about it if he hadn't asked outright if he had a rental car there.
We would have found out in Puerto Rico as we are trying to get a car!
*We found that we could rent a car under my name. Carlos in Puerto Rico was extremely helpful. His calm and intelligent manner helped us to get a car. We sing high praise for his help as the LOCAL representative in Puerto Rico.
He and another lady mentioned below are the only reason why there are two stars on the review.
*On Monday morning from Puerto Rico where we were supposed to be having fun on our vacation, he called the Collections Department and was told that he was supposed to request that the block be lifted, again, in not so polite a conversation. WHAT?! 2nd disagreement: the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. He had a letter stating that the claim had been paid.
Why would HE need to tell anyone in Collections and put in a request that a block be removed? Isn't the Emerald club membership worth anything?
*He asked that the manager of the Collections Department to call him maybe 3-4 times. We found out the Collections Manager was with his wife in the hospital for a serious issue. 3rd disagreement: Does not National have other people covering the issues that arise while the Collection manager was out?
He finally did contact us, and he removed the block on my husband's account. But not before my husband made numerous calls to customer service trying to get some satisfaction on the block because he couldn't talk to any manager.
*He called again to ask for reimbursement for the points on his Emerald Club membership. He wanted to complain about managers not getting back to him when the customer service representatives continued to use smoke and mirrors so he wouldn't be talking to a manager higher up the ladder.
*In the meantime, since I was on the car by myself, he wanted to get his name on the rental in Puerto Rico and was told he would have to come to the airport 45 minutes away one-way to get his name on the agreement. He said that it wasn't going to happen and could they do anything.
After a few calls, after he followed up again and again, a nice woman by the name Yaliiz, another LOCAL rep in Puerto Rico said she didn't know why the other reps didn't tell us that the spouse is automatically covered on the rental agreement and that he didn't have to sign as another driver. 4th disagreement: why can't the people all have the same instructions for rental participants?
*After we got home, my husband has talked to two representatives to try and get points back on his account AND to have the full trip amount reimbursed to us for the countless time and the anxiety of uncertainty that it took for my husband to just get the block removed. These reps said that they would have a manager get back to him.
*We are still awaiting a call from a manager to get this resolved. Again, he will be calling into National for discussion on this matter.
*This has been a nightmare.
We have never gotten calls from managers who could resolve the issues, only promises that a manager would call. It ruined our vacation for the first 3 days trying to work out details.
It has been a source of anger and disappointment, time after time, that my husband and I cannot get resolution to this. Furthermore, it's as if the requests of my husband and me have gone into dead air and no one will respond because they simply don't care about their customer service and/or the whole company is a mess.
*What can we do to talk to a live manager and get some satisfaction for this abhorrent behavior?

Hello,
We rented two vans, 15 and 12 passenger, on Tuesday from Buena Park, CA. We took a road trip to Atlanta, GA but on our way one of the vans broke down on Tuesday evening.
We were to be in Atlanta on Thursday. When we spoke with road side assistance they stated to go to the airport and exchange the vehicle on Thursday. Mind you this whole time we are unable to turn the vehicle off because it will not start without being jumped. We had to go to the store and buy cables in order to carrier with us on the trip.
This also burns extra gas because we are unable to turn the vehicle off. When we got to Atlanta Airport location we were told "we don't deal with road side assistance." What kind of customer service is that? We also given the option to take the case for repairs ourselves. We don't work for enterprises so why should we have to do this?
We asked to swap out the vehicle for two cars to accommodate our group and they said no. I then called road side assistance back and they informed me to go back to the airport because they escalated the call. So my husband goes back and they were told "you were told we can't help you. You need to leave the premises immediately." This was told to them by Mikalyla and Deon.
(not sure if I spelled their names correctly) So we call road side assistance back and we are told we need to wait for a case manager to call us. I then call or attempted to call corporate office and was told they are closed at 3:45pm central time when the recording says 5pm. Then I finally get through to someone who was very rude and said your option is to go to complete firestone and get the car repaired. Again this shouldn't be our responsibility.
Mind you the whole time I have tried to contact all 9 enterprises in Atlanta and not one picked up the phone. We paid over $2000 for these rentals and I will not sit back and let this happen. Shouldn't these vehicles be serviced? I understand that things happen that are not in your control, but the treatment that we have received is totally uncalled for and unprofessional.
I am sure the calls are recorded please feel free to listen to them. My husband went to Atlanta with his church group and they weren't even able to attend Thursday events or Friday morning evets due to car issues. And please explain to me how they are supposed to get back to California in a car that is not in correct mechanical shape? My husbands info is below.
You can see the call logs and trail of the history what has transpired. I would like to know what enterprise will be doing for us to rectify this horrible situation.
I also contacted our local branch and was told there is nothing they can do since the vehicle is in Atlanta and he is unsure why we were asked to contact them.
As of now I have still not heard from a case manager and/or a regional manager like I was told. Currently my husband is in Atlanta and doesn't feel safe to drive home Sunday to California.

That was some time ago. Guess what, that's right nothing since. This appears to be the way they deal with issues...ignore them and it will go away!!
I am on a do not rent list for your company. Apparently this is due to a problem with a rental through my company, 84lumber.
I have made numerous attempts to identify the problem but, have been unable to find out what it is.
I am informed that 84lumber have also made attempts to identify the problem but, have also been successful.
Enterprise has failed, refused and neglected to deal with the situation. This has caused damage to both my personal and professional standing.
I am now being forced to take legal action to rectify the situation and to address the substantial damage caused to my reputation.

Hi,
I called the Main Alhambra Branch and they informed me that I should reserve through the website and this what I did. In few hours later they called and said:" Sorry but your car will not be ready, and we apologize for that". I do not know what is the reason that you have website not updated or car availability where the agent told me to reserve Online and later on your reservation is cancelled?!!!
So tried a different location and reserved and received confirmation: 14544 Valley Blvd La Puente, CA 91746-**** - Your Reservation Number is: 164136****.
Someone drop me there to receive the car, and another shock from your unprofessional service where the agent said Sorry, but we don t have your car here, and I don't have any availability even after I showed him the confirmation and reservation number 164136****.
So I had a plan to go to San Diego, and you made all our plan a mess between reserved and Uber and pay 26$ and arriving late to the hotel...
This is the worst service I saw it in my life about reserving a car and canceled 2 times because your website is not updated...!!!
