I requested an AWD SUV for the morning of 12/26/16 at 8AM, Novato, CA. The attendant told me that 'time' was not available & I needed to come in at 7:30 or 8:30 AM. I returned my car and left my pricey pair of sunglasses in one of the cars i rented. I drove away and realized i forgot them. I didn't go back because i assumed that i could just call them and they would ,while giving the car a check over, put them in a lost and found ( its probably empty with the kind of people working in meridian) and i could have someone retrieve them for me. Sooo unhappy, reserved ahead of time, went in 2 days in advance to make sure I had everything taken care of so that day of pick up would be quick and efficient (made sure to talk to same rep each time).
