This all started last March of 2015 in which we were directed by our car dealership who contracts with Enterprise car rentals. After my wife had picked up the car she went into an asthma attack due to the chemicals they use to "Freshen" the vehicles interior. Do not rent from them, you will be ripped off. From start to finish they will scam you on everything. 1st rip off is prepaid fuel. You will pay for a full tank of gas whether you use it or not, they will not tell you that of course. 2nd rip off is supplemental coverage. Had a tire to be replaced from Enterprise it's a Bridgestone tire 215-22R17 ecopia 422. So since it's a a Bridgestone I could only get it from Firestone in my area within the day. According to Enterprise I was aloud to have a single tire replacement for the rental and I am not sure what would be covered beyond that but they said all should be covered. This is my worst customer service experience. They come up with randomly new policy at any instance for their own profit without considering a bit about customer. They will come up with some randomly high bill with some imaginary charges, policies from their side. I took the rental in saturday at 3pm. It allowed me to book with drop off time next day (sunday).
