Initilally upon arrival the requested Wheel chair was not provided.Clerk did not accept my pre-regist.
Or Plus status. Very unhappy disabled customer. Returned and re-rented another Vechicle. Enterprise did not return My initial deposit.after 6 days.
Upon which time i called them and requested them to do so. I provided proof of return receipt Plus The new Rental Agreement. Malls back and forth to no avail.
Now 6 days out I'm not receiving any communication from Enterprise...Still have not received Refund, though it has been proven that it was employee error.....
