Enterprise worked out a fair outcome.

I have to say my opinions of Enterprise have changed. I was contacted by them today and the employee was very pleasant and worked out a fair outcome. She also stated that since the car was recovered, in general, the States Attorneys office considers it a civil matter.

Your company is threatening arrest and demanding money from me.I BEGGED your recovery unit to report the car stolen as soon as they contacted me.

I tried to report the car stolen twice but was told your company had to do it, which they didn't. Your recovery unit refused to believe the truth that I had no idea where your vehicle was at or how to find it. Your recovery unit encouraged me "to go out looking for the vehicle" which was squarely against the advice of my doctor. Your recovery unit supervisor then claimed to know all about PTSD and sent me into a panic and asked me about HIPPA protected information about my medical condition which occurred before the car rental.

I spent over a week in the hospital after your recovery supervisor sent me into a panic with an open line catheter to my heart. All medical records are verifiable. If your company wants to keep harrassing me I will file suit, as well as my medical insurance company for the harrassment (medical insurance for the enormous bill). Look what happened when they FINALLY reported it stolen as I had tried to do and asked your recovery unit to do from the get go...it was recovered.

I have verbal documentation from all contact with your recovery unit, as they said they were recording as well.

Police reports I filed and your recovery units own words will back me up.You have harrassment claims all over the internet and I can see
