I was disappointed the day I booked a car and when I've got there, they said nothing was available, so I had to wait for more than 45 min. They couldn't offer something else. This was a bad service I ever had!!

Booked an SUV on line for 8am pickup. Artived at 830am only to be told no vehicles available and would be about an hour without guarantee a vehicle would be available. Informed enterprise representative i had a reservation/booking, but it didn't matter. Why confirm a reservation if you cant guarantee it. How am i to wait without knowing if a vehicle is available or not.
