To Andrew Taylor , Chair and CEO

On September 15, 2016, my family and I arrived at the Tri-City Bus terminal in Highland, Indiana at about 0930. I called the Hammond location for pick up so I can get my rental car. I was told that there was not a driver and that they will call me back to let me know someone is on the way. Thirty minutes later I called again because it should not have taken thirty minutes for pick up. I was told again there was no driver available. At the one hour mark, we still had not received a call. I called uber and took a ride to the nearest Enterprise and found out I was at the Highland enterprise and not the Hammond one. Mad, yes . Did not know there were two on the same road. The Highland Enterprise saw how stressed I was and took me to the Hammond location. When I arrived, I explained that I was tired and frustrated with this process and that I should not have to wait an hour for a ride and still I was told they did not have a driver. I found out they were using the drivers to take cars to some other function but If I had known about this in advance , like when I called the first time, I could have had already taken the uber to their site and been on my way. I do not appreciate the wait nor the lackey daisy attitude about the situation. I will not be using Enterprise when I come back to Indiana again. They were not helpful at that location. Even when I returned the car back and one of the associates ask someone to assist him, he was told โ€œNOโ€. They need proper training and fully explaining to the customer that there will be longer than normal wait times for pick up and to be professional.
