all i did was complained about a vehicle that i was very displeased with,and it took me to call corporate on them nearly a month straight,until i spoke with a district manager and he did give me half of what i paid on the rental,i went on the website 2 days later to rent again but i was blacklisted,still trying to figure this out.ive been a member plus since 2008,all i want is answers,i spoke with a representative and she advised me that i would have to speak to the district manager to have the blacklist lifted,ive been tryn for over a glad my life wasnt depended on it,i would have died long time ago.just hurt by the whole ordeal

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Vehicle it wasnt working properly.
