I am doing this in hopes of helping someone who may have or may be thinking about renting from Enterprise. I rented a car from them for a month.

The branch I rented from originally would not let me sign a one month contract so I did a week, then contacted the regional manager and told them I wanted it for a month so she extended it for that period and billed me promptly along with a 10% discount. After my first week I got a nasty call from the branch I rented from, saying I needed to return the car, I explained I talked to such and such from the regional office and my contract was extended and I paid for it. 3 weeks into this I get an email saying my card was declined, in shock, I called my bank and pulled the bank records, sure enough the rental was paid for, the initial deposit of $250.00 was taken out, the first week of $358.83 and then another charge for 459.26. I had my bank email me the statement and I took a screenshot and sent it to the guy who was emailing me.

He continued to argue with me so I put him in contact with my bank, he claimed that "Enterprise" and "Enterprise rent-a-car" was two different things and "Enterprise" was a fradulant charge even though the trace numbers from both charges were traced to the branch I got the car. Never got a response back and my bank never got a response back. So I assumed all was handled til I get a call from my mother 3 days before my contract ends she's crying saying a guy showed up at her house threating her saying if I didnt return the car she would go to jail and I would go to jail. What my mother had to do with this I don't know.

So because I'm at my witz end with these people I call the regional office and they claim to have no idea. I advise them I'm returning to the car and would like a refund for the 3 days left on the contract. The lady said they close at 6:30pm, I arrive and 5:45pm and they are closed, so the nearest one is the airport, I drive the car to the airport and drop it off, keys in drop box. Next day my mom calls again, this guy came back while she was work and left a nasty note on her door, meanwhile no one has contacted me.

This guy persist to how up at my mom's. Keep in mind Enterprise has your number and address, he shows up a 3rd time and my dad is there and my dad got a bit lippy but it was enough for the guy to contact me, and of course I could not verify who he was, other than he said hes an investigator for Enterprise and I have a warrant for my arrest. I explain in grave detail where the car is and my even movement upon dropping it off down to the very parking spot it's in. Guy continues to text and harass me, shows up at my brothers work, my brothers wife's parents house, and my grandmother.

So then he gets his boss to text and harass me asking for me to go get the car from the airport and bring it to him directly. I don't have the keys, I put it in the drop off and this fact irritates him and he's like fine I'm going through with the warrant and I reported the vehical stolen if you don't want this to happen I want the keys in my hand by 6pm. Keep in mind hes texting me this and I have zero way to verify who he is. I even offered to show him where the car was, to meet him, anything I could do and he refused.

Never once got a phone call from Enterprise, an email, or a letter.

Just text messages and them harassing my family. Instead of Enterprise will pick you up it should be Enterprise will *** up.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
