I rent this car in June 2013 after an accident with my own car and Geico decided to give me a rental with Enterprise ....

First they gave me a car which was a ford and this new car shut down on me while I was going to a meeting in Washington DC and I had to cancel this meeting since the road side assistance took them 3 hours and I had to go to the airport to get a new car ....

They gave me a temporary car around midnight when the call for roadside was made at 8pm .... They gave me this car which will get me home till the next morning to return the car and get a new one which I did ...

Upon arrival to the Branch they were very slow and this manager was trying to get me into a car as soon as possible by rushing me and I was so pissed of and tired after the nightmare I had with the other car they gave me the day before ...

The manager gave me a Nissan that was dirty with 1/4 of gas that was just returned by another customer He even did not take the time to check whether or not everything was in order ...

He did a quick turn around the car and asked me to sign the papers and take the car which was my mistake but with the anger and impatience one can understand how ready I was to get out of there ......

I just did not look at the car for any prior damage ....

After returning from Paris I was notified of damages on the rental car which I disputed with my insurance company but Enterprise continue to blame me for this and lately my wife was denied rental because they said I owe them 589 worth of damages on their rental car ....

I told the representative on the phone that I am not going to be ripped off like this and I am ready to go to court but still they haven't sent me any other letter for a court hearing but I am waiting for them .....

They might try to mess up my credit but I will dispute it at all means necessary ...

I really wouldn't advice anybody to rent from them !!!!

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Same thing has happened to me.I thing they make money by charging meny people for the same damage.They rush you around the car and don't give you time to look it over.They make you think you are holding everyone up.

This seems to be trend with Enterprise, many people have the same complaint. We rented from them once and I took digital photos and made sure the salesman saw me doing it.
