You would think having a car reservation would mean when you arrive at the scheduled time your car would be ready. But no, the Merced, CA office will make you wait 35 minutes before they even wait on you.

Then when they finally check you in, they will tell you your car isn't ready. Then, when you booked a specific car, they won't even ask you about that either. But then, you'll hear one of their representatives on the phone with insurance companies trying to upsell to more luxury cars for people that have already been helped. Then they will tell you your car is not ready, so I leave and come back and hour later.

The car I reserved was still not ready, they told me earlier it needed to be washed and given an oil change? Really, this is a bunch of baloney. You will see customers come in see the long line and complain they had a reservation and leave. THE WORSE POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

So after a 3 Hour Wait, the car I reserved was still not ready...

so quess what ENTERPRISE - I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THAT OFFICE - THEY SUCK!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Enterprise Rent A Car Cons: Worst experience ever trying to pick up a reserved rental car, Not helpful staff, Bad service, Representative brushoff.
