and I didn't need to call that they would just extend the amount to my bill. also last time I rented cars from you guys I was not charged until I have returned the car. I now have three separate charges on my bank account. from Enterprise and I'm not sure exactly why so I would like to make sure that I'm still going to get my deposit back.
as I will be bringing in the car if not tomorrow then tuesday. I'm trying to speak to somebody in what I thought was customer service but she had a hard time speaking English she couldn't look up my name or my birthday and she told me she couldnt help me couldn't help me Could not help me at all she's going to look up my account or my robs e reservation to extend it.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
