i had a problem with a vehicle rented from high st. office in lexington, ky.

i called them and they had nothing to replace it with so i went to the nicholasville rd. location. while renting the second car i told the rep about the problem and that i was so worried about it that i was going to have someone else drive the first vehicle back to where i got it.

the rep wrote it up that i was letting someone else drive the first vehicle and put me on their do not rent list, rather than offering to have the first vehicle towed or checked about by road service. after that i couldn't get anyone in management to call me back.
