Do I REALLY have to give them a minimum of 1? NOT happy.

I reserved a car on 4/21/16 for pick up today 4/23/16 at Hattiesburg 39401 location. I went over my details at least twice with the woman who scheduled my reservation. TWICE I advised her that my payment would be made on a pre-paid card and asked if there would be any problems or additional information needed. She assured me I should have "no worries" and they would take of everything with what I had.

When I got there I was advised that I would need 2 utility bills and 2 recent pay stubs to use a pre-paid card. That would have been nice to know to begin with so I could have made other arrangements with another company before I was locked out during closed hours on the weekend. I live on family property and have no bills in my name. I am a stay-at-home mom so I have no check stubs.

My husband now needs to be 4 hours away by Monday 7:30am to start his new job and we are unable to accommodate the request. There are no other rental companies open until Monday 8am.

Thank you so much for making sure he loses a career opportunity for your company's lack of communication. As we are now a generation that shies away from traditional banking methods, your reservation intake needs to be updated and your representatives need more training to acknowledge specific requirements prior to booking reservations.
