I rented a car from enterprise in Florida. They charged me more than what the website said they would.

I am under 25 despite my profile. I thought they had already charged me for being under 25 and for extra insurance. They didn't. I got there and they jacked the price up by 80% than what the website told me and I let out some choice words.

Mind you all this was after already paying $100 to reserve the car. Then the lady says we do not do business with people who curse. They said they would make an exception for us all holier than thou like. What did she expect when she told me I'd be paying nearly double what I expected.

Then she said we got some discount bringing the added cost to an increase of only around 30% not including insurance which I already thought was included.

I'm thinking where do these numbers come from? Then we bought the insurance. I did not call our provider and see if we were already covered. That was my mistake.

When we returned the car I asked the lady if what she showed me was the final cost. She said yes, yet I have been billed $10 since. 5 for toll and 5 for some random reason I plan on calling about today. It's not the amount but the principle.

Enterprise you need to be upfront with cost, seriously. I NEED to know what I am paying when I land at the airport.

Fortunately I had that money to spare. Not everyone does.
