Enterprise Rent A Car - Worst rental place ever
I called to make to make reservations to rent a car for the weekend and I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone came to the phone, once someone came to the phone and I explained that I wanted to rent a car for the weekend and they took all of my information to then tell me they can not rent me a car and hung the phone up on me. I was very very angry at this time so I went in to one of their branches on natural bridge in St Louis Mo.
to see if I can come inside the facilities for them to tell me I can't rent anything from that location either because they had me on the do not rent list. So I was angry upset disappointed in inconvenienced for the entire weekend. I didn't once get a call back with an apology or anything of the sort. It was a waste of time and my day was overwhelmed with frustrated with this *** place!!!!
They need to on up to there mistakes a get better customer skills! They don't value their customers just there to earn a *** dollar the company and staff as a whole is inexperienced and ***.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Worst place ever!
The worst place ever. I was told that I could return the rental early and get a full refund for the days I didn't need it.
The place was closed at 12 pm on a Saturday. I ended up paying for three days. When I mentioned it to the employee, his response was "we can't be here 24/7".
A terrible place!!! Do not do business with this ghetto business!
