I reserved a car through enterprise in Glenwood Springs Co., three weeks in advance.we go to pick up the car and the girl behind the counter says she has no cars for us, come back in an hour and there will be a car, we come back and she said she just gave our car to someone else, then she says if we wait an hour she will have a car brought down from aspen, so we stand in the parking lot and wait......

then we get the car walk around it to check for damage and i notice there is a scratch on the back bumper/ side and i wonder if she noticed it, no she did not. So after we return she comes out and goes straight to the scratch and says, " unfortunatly there is damage" then proceeds the write an accident report that says that there is a large scratch and dent on the car, i refused it, and i also refused to sign the report!!! she was totally rude , i will never rent from there ever again!!!!!!

three weeks avance notice reservation should have been enough to secure a vehicle, so that we could go to the memorial in california!!!io hope you give this Rachel person some sort of training on how to rent and be courteous to cutomers!!!
